Description of Services

Three months before your wedding, we’ll get together and chat through all your plans and suppliers. I’ll then pull everything into a clear running order, reach out to your suppliers, and be there on the day to make sure it all comes together just the way you imagined.

In the weeks leading up to your big day, I’ll keep things stress-free for you, whether that’s reminding you about final payments, helping with table plans, sorting out stationery, or just sharing a bit of last-minute inspiration. You can focus on enjoying the build-up, while I take care of the details.

  • (approx. 12 weeks prior to your wedding)

    • We will have a walk through your wedding venue and discuss plans for each area.

    • We will then sit down to go through your wedding plans in detail and task list you would like completing on your wedding day e.g., lighting candles, turn on outdoor uplighters, move ceremony flowers, PA system etc. and answer any questions you may need advice on.

  • (8 - 12 weeks leading up to your wedding)

    • Create your wedding production schedule.

    • Contact your suppliers and key individuals with roles to establish me as their point of contact.

    • Share your wedding schedule with your suppliers and key individuals.
